Return and Refund Policy

BYOMA US, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy applies only to orders delivered within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas territories).

  1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe
    You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
    Returns must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
  1. Free Return Shipping (US Only)
    We cover the full cost of return shipping for all eligible returns within the US.
    Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
    You do not need to pay for return shipping. Please do not send returns via Cash on Delivery (COD); COD packages will be refused.

  4. Include your order number, the product name(s), and a brief reason for the return.
  5. Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid return label and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 24 business hours.
  6. Please securely repackage the item, attach the provided prepaid shipping label, and ship the package according to the carrier’s instructions.

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected], including photos of the product and its packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
